In Patient View

Book a new Appointment

Use the date navbar to find the required date
Click on an empty slot
Choose the patient from the drop-down
Click save
Respond to the confirmation dialog

Amend an Appointment

Click on the appointment
Amend as required
Click 'Save'

Delete or cancel an Appointment

There are two way to do this, either:

Click on the appointment and then click the 'Delete/Cancel' button.
Right-click on the appointment

Choose the reason for the cancellation
Enter optional text
Click 'Save'

Create a series of Appointments

Use the date navbar to find the required date
Click on an empty slot
Choose the patient from the drop-down
Click 'Block Booking'
Select the series
Confirm

Mark as FTA (Failed to attend)

Use the date navbar to find the required date
Click on an empty slot
Choose the patient from the drop-down
Click save
Respond to the confirmation dialog

Send an Appointment Card

Copy an Appointment

Automatically add/remove admin time

New Tab

Book a new Appointment

Use the date navbar to find the required date
Select patient from the list on the left
Click on an empty slot in the calendar
Click save
Respond to the confirmation dialog

Amend an Appointment

Select the appointment from the calendar
Amend as required
Click 'Save'

Delete or cancel an Appointment

Create a series of Appointments

Mark as FTA (Failed to attend)

Send an Appointment Card

Copy an Appointment

Automatically add/remove admin time
